Boudoir Isn’t Just About Lingerie…
You’ve booked your boudoir session! That’s incredible! It’s time to think about your wardrobe.
The first thing you’re probably thinking to add to your choices is lingerie! You want to wear that lacy, black, sex-kitten piece of lingerie you’ve had hiding in your drawer for months without an occasion to wear it. Now is the time to bring it out! Let your sex kitten roar.
But…what else? Your photographer has told you to have a number of looks prepared for your session, but you only own that ONE PIECE! You start thinking you are going to have to go shopping and spend a whopping load of cash to buy more lingerie that you won’t wear again after your session.
Don’t worry. I’m here to tell you that you do not have to spend any extra money to build up your wardrobe.
An Everyday Boudoir Wardrobe
Lingerie isn’t the only thing that makes you feel sexy, I bet. Every one of us has a piece or two (or maybe ten or twenty) that makes us feel like a badass babe. When you put it on, it makes you want to strut down the street and you feel certain everyone is looking at you. Everyone feels the confidence rolling off of you when you wear that particular piece of your wardrobe.
So why can’t those pieces make it in to your boudoir wardrobe? They make you feel sexy and confident, so why shouldn’t they be included in the fun?
Perhaps that description is a little vague. I tend to overthink things so it’s quite possible you need some examples of what I mean. Keep reading, then!
There’s more than Lingerie

A fashionable coat and belt
Your boyfriends shirt
Leather Jackets and jeans
Your coziest, fluffiest sweater
Sports Jerseys
See? There’s no need to spend hundreds of dollars on new lingerie. You can get away with one or two pieces and beef up your wardrobe from what you already own. From what already hangs in your closet!
Of course, my examples here are by no means an extensive list of examples. You’re going to have your own style and your own feelings about what makes you feel sexy!
